Meet Our Team
About Dr Jack Shih
Dentist in Sandton, Johannesburg
Dr Shih completed the Bachelor of Dental Science(BDS) at the University of Witwatersrand. Since graduation, he gained valuable experience in several prestigious practices situated in Kwazulu-Natal, Limpopo, Gauteng province and Taiwan.
He is known for being gentle and understanding towards his patients. A practitioner who pays extensive attention to the issues presented to him and provides one with the most appropriate solutions. His special interests include digital dentistry, endodontics and restorative dentistry.
“There is no such thing as bad knowledge, it is about how and where you apply it“ is his motto in life, and has always been on the forefront of learning new skills and techniques, in order to provide the long-lasting treatment while ensuring patient comfort and care during the process.
Dr Shih is currently a member of the Health Professions Council of South Africa and part of the committee for South African Dental Association.
Outside the dental surgery, his passion for motorbikes, music, gaming, reading in both English and Mandarin as well as tech.
Glenda Ndlovu
Dental Assistant
Glenda is born and bred in Limpopo Nzhelele Mauluma. She graduated from Dental Assisting from the Central University of Technology.
Mimi Moremi
Receptionist
Mimi is an experienced dental nurse and receptionist for over 25 years. She is very friendly, warm and welcoming that is evident when you arrive at the office. She is currently studying a Degree in Psychological counselling and aims to utilise this skill to better the people around her life.
